Who  Writes  YOUR NAME In All CAPITAL   LETTERS?

Have you ever considered and/ or noticed, on your company I.D., payroll check, heck…just any of your day to day mail to “your mailbox”?

Everything associated with the government spells your name in all capital letters. That is not proper English   Proper nouns such as your name should only be spelled with the first letter capitalized only.  You do not  always  spell your name with all capitals, right?  No I did not think so.  You know why?

All  corporations are spelled with capital letters.   So, that means  your name in all capital letters is a corporation set up for you by the UNITED STATES Corporation.  Proving that the  truth is that your Federal Government is a Corporation.

Why did  the government needed to set up a corporation spelled the same as your name but in Capitals?   Because no free born American would ever trade their time labor and energy for a currency with no value in and of itself, would you?.

Corporations   accept a fraudulent currency printed by the Federal reserve,… which is also a corporation in the line of Milton Bradley… which makes the monopoly game, also known as fiat money.   Milton Bradly and  the Federal Reserve,  corporations  print money of equal value except the Federal Reserve Notes are backed by the US people….YOU…ooopps you (the real person).

When  you notice on any of your Federal Reserve Notes (known as dollars to the uninformed) the paper is an instrument of debt only. Where on a Federal Reserve Note does it state that it could be used to accumulate wealth?

When you are born, did   your parents register you with the government by receiving a birth certificate?  Did  your Corporation will receive a taxpayer ID# called a social security number?  Are you being  used as collateral for the government to acquire debt. Think about it,  your labor time and energy is what backs up the National debt.

You have a choice.   and  no one can hold you responsible for your government created “strawman”  without your consent and cooperation.

When you are in a Court of Law they will ask if you will stand under the said charges (understand same thing) . Do You  have to consent,  to this?  No, you  simply tell the judge that the person on the paper in all caps is not you but you would like to meet the person.

When  you are brought into court with a paper such as this:

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

. VS

YOUR NAME  (ALL CAPS)

Know that neither one of these entities actually exist.  You have a right to face your accuser, and  ask the judge,   “when and how  the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA will be available to testify”?   The judge will then  point to the prosecutor and say that he represents the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.   Then,  at this point ask the prosecutor…Mr. Prosecutor…  “do you have a claim against me personally as a real living person”? … and if he does he and/or  she  should enter his/her  name under the plaintiff bar as plaintiff.

When  you are  asked to make a plea to allow the case to move to trial,  do not allow the judge to enter a not guilty plea for you.  You  just state that you do not consent to having the judge make a plea for you.   Stand very firm… and state that you will not stand under the charges.  Then,  if the judge would like to make a determination that you are not guilty,  then at that point ask that the case be dismissed.

Remember and research, study this,  that The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or YOUR STATE  (both corporations ) has no right to make claims against you since both are non entities and do not exist.

What is a “Ces tui Qui Trust” (pronounce set-a-kay) and why should you care?

The act being debated the Cestui Qui act was to subrogate the rights of men and women, meaning all men and women were declared dead, lost at sea/beyond the sea. (back then operating in admiralty law, the law of the sea, so lost at sea).

The state (of London) took custody of everybody and their property into a trust, the state became the trustee/husband holding all titles to the people and property, until a living man comes back to reclaim those titles and can also claim damages. (Reclaim using UCC 1 and PPSA)

The rule of the use of CAPITAL LETTERS used in a NAME: when CAPITAL letters are used anywhere in a NAME this always refers to a LEGAL ENTITY/FICTION, COMPANY or CORPORATION no exceptions.

e.g. John DOE or Doe: JANE (PASSPORT, DRIVER LICENSE, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE and BIRTH CERTIFICATE)

CEST TUI QUE TRUST: (pronounced setakay) common term in NEW ZEALAND and AUSTRALIA or STRAWMAN common term in USA or CANADA is a LEGAL ENTITY/FICTION created and owned by the GOVERNMENT whom created it. I repeat owned by the GOVERNMENT.

Legally, we are considered to be a FICTION, a concept or idea expressed as a NAME, a symbol. That LEGAL PERSON has no consciousness; it is a juristic PERSON, ENS LEGIS, a NAME/word written on a piece of paper.

This traces back to 1666, London is a state, just like Vatican is a state, just like Washington DC is a state. The Crown is an unincorporated association. Why unincorporated, its private, the temple bar is in London, every lawyer called to the “bar” swears allegiance to the temple bar. You can’t get called, without swearing this allegiance. The Crown already owns North America and everything in it.

Your only way out is to reclaim your dead entity (strawman) that the Crown created, become the trustee of the cest tui qui trust and remove yourself from the admiralty law that holds you in custody.
